Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your attendance, please review the following policy: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. Cancellations within the eligible window can be processed directly through your account. If you need to cancel outside the specified time frame, please contact us. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account event availability, the proximity to the event date, and other relevant factors.
