A gentle, floor-based restorative class focused on deep stretching and relaxation. Supported postures and gentle heat help unwind the body, calm the nervous system, and support deep rest. We’ll dim the lights for this one, setting you up for a great night’s sleep.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made within a specified time frame before the scheduled class to be eligible for credit - this time frame is 12 hours prior to the class start time
