Class Description

Ready to take your yoga practice upside down? Learn crow pose, forearm stand, headstand & handstand in a safe, supportive environment - guided by our very own queen of inversions, Ashleigh. We’ll break down proper warm-ups, technique, and build your confidence step by step. No experience needed, just come ready to explore and have fun with them.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 1 week prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund. By booking, you agree to these terms.
